Spring Seminar 2020 Edinburgh - Exhibitors

The exhibition package offers UKHMA MEMBERS ONLY allocated display space (strictly on a first come, first served basis) combined with single delegate access to the pleniary Conference sessions, the Trade Exhibition, lunch and all beverages throughout the day. Exhibition support personnel will be entitled to lunch and beverages only and will not have access to the Seminar sessions. 

Exhibition Space
Allocated positions are as indicated on the floor plan in 3m or 2m spaces only, suitable for large and medium pop-up displays respectively. Exhibitors must ensure that their displays do not exceed the allocated area. Chairs and display tables may be supplied on request without extra charge. 

NOTE: The price of the exhibition stand includes one Delegate fee per stand.

Standard 2m space - £595.00 - includes 1 Delegate Place - SOLD OUT

Exhibitor Stand Person (not Delegate) - £125.00 - LIMITED AVAILABILITY


Set up commences 07.00 hrs; Conference begins at 09.10 hrs; Breakdown post-afternoon tea, approx. 14.50hrs

Carriage and Storage

Carriage to and from the venue is to Exhibitor's expense and arrangements. We regret that the organisers are unable to transport any exhibitors' goods to the venue.

Limited storage is available at the hotel by prior arrangement with the organisers only.

Exhibition goods may only be stored from 09.00 hrs on Monday 23rd March 2020 onwards and must be collected by 17.00 hrs on Thursday 26th March 2020. Neither the UKHMA or the InterContinental Edinburgh - The George Hotel take any responsibility whatsoever for items delivered or items which remain uncollected outside these dates/times.

Exhibitor Cancellation Terms: 

  • Cancellation >31 days before the day of the Seminar – 90% refund of invoice value
  • Cancellation >15 and <31 days before the day of the Seminar – 60% refund of invoice value
  • Cancellation >7 and <14 days before the day of the Seminar – 40% refund of invoice value
  • Cancellation <7 days before the day of the Seminar - No refund

 NOTES: when booking a stand, please select the preferred stand size (where available) and then use the "Choose Seats" button at the bottom of the page before continuing to the floor plan layout on the following page. The floor plan will show stand places that are still available to book but CANNOT show the names of other companies' bookings.

This booking system operates a 20 minute "holding" facility to enable purchasers to complete the booking process. Any stands which are not purchased by the end of the 20 minute period will be released back to the sales area, therefore even if it appears that all stands have been sold out, please check back on a regular basis for any released stands.
